Our History

Cygnet Private College was established three years ago with a clear vision — to provide an extraordinary Christian learning experience rooted in the Cambridge International curriculum. From humble beginnings, the school has grown into a thriving academic community known for its strong moral values, disciplined learning environment, and outstanding results. In just three years, Cygnet has celebrated remarkable achievements, including consistent pass rates above 80%, victories in academic and environmental competitions, and the introduction of a boarding facility and new campus expansion plans. Guided by Christian principles and a commitment to excellence, Cygnet Private College continues to nurture leaders who think critically, act compassionately, and serve faithfully in a dynamic world.

Dear Reader,

The year 2024 marks my twelfth year of service in campus ministry. In the first ten years of my service, I was a college chaplain for high school students, and for the past two years it has been my honor to serve as the Managing Director at Cygnet Private College, a learning institution which is run on the Adventist Philosophy of education.

Over the past twelve years, it has been extraordinary to witness young people under my care grow in their relationship with God and with man (I Sam 2:26). Some of their life stories have been real miracles; growing from what I would describe as lazy, rogue and dangerous inhabitants of the earth to citizens that are not harmful to humanity or the environment. I am pleased to note that several pupils have become God-fearing individuals who have gone on to excel in their chosen academic and career paths.

On this Cygnet Private College website, you will meet stories of experiences and activities of very promising young people. You will also meet a team of dedicated staff members who have committed themselves to developing young minds.
